How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Orders placed with us usually ship out on the same day as the order is placed. Outside of our control (lost in shipping, delivered to the wrong address, etc) most packages are shipping around 3 days by UPS Ground right now!
Orders placed after Friday, December 10th, will ship out in our normal time frame. Please understand, we do not work for UPS and have no control over unforeseen delays. By shopping with us, you acknowledge and understand that we have no control over delays by the shipping carrier.
We will continue to ship orders throughout the holiday season but strongly recommend you place orders to be shipped from us no later than December 10, 2021 to allow processing time for potential lost or damaged package claims.
Shipping is a flat fee and based on the region of the nation your product is being shipped to and may be increased or decreased based on current averages, and we do not ship outside of the continental US at this time. We reserve the right to invoice additional shipping costs and withhold fulfillment until paid in instances of oversized or heavy packaging. We do not accept returned items shipped back to us except in cases where a claim is filed and paid with the carrier beforehand (which we are happy to facilitate and make right). We will exchange items at the risk and cost of customer shipping an item back in its original condition.
Exchange Policy 2021:
We are unable to offer monetary refunds for merchandise unless the item has not yet left the building or in the rare instance an item contains a manufacturing default and we are unable replace it with a functioning version.
We offer exchanges for products at equal or greater total value for unopened merchandise returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase (or by January 31st if it was gifted for Christmas).
Exchanges are provided at the discretion of our management staff and can be denied for any reason including but not limited to instances that do not meet the above criteria. All sales items, plush, and Squishmallows are final sale and not exchangeable.
We are a small, family owned business and operate on a small scale and are unable to maintain a liability budget required to make the same excess of accommodations chain retailers provide. If an item is lost in transit, there is a claims process we must follow before we can supply a replacement or refund for an item. We're happy to facilitate that process. Please note, this process usually takes 7 days, although could take longer during peak season. Thank you for choosing to shop small!
