The only race where a baby can beat a banana. Draft a team of ridiculous racers, from a Centaur to an Egg to a Rocket Scientist, then roll and move. The catch: every racer has a totally unfair, game-breaking power.
Play four races, alternating between the "mild" and "wild" sides of the track. Most points at the end wins. Simple enough for kids, chaotic enough for a whole table of grown-ups, and best with a big group.
