Beginning October 1, 2020 we will only be able to hold orders for up to 72 hours after the "ready for pickup" notification has been sent to the customer. I wish we could hold everyone's indefinitely but we do not have the space.
After you place your order, you will receive a text message as soon as your order is ready (always within 24 hours, typically within 1 hour). We will keep that order held and ready for pickup for 72 hours. After the 72 hour period ends if you have not picked up or made arrangements, a full refund will be issued and your product will go back for sale.
We are happy to make accommodations for special circumstances. Just simply call or message the store and we will be happy to work something out.
