We know and love this product inside and out, are huge fans of the folks who work for the company and make these. Most of us own multipe, and we've had the same two samples being played with by a ton of kids and adults for years in store. The only way this breaks is if someone puts too much continued or extreme pressure in a direction the fold does not bend (or, in one case, your dad took a pair of scissors to it!) and unfortunately, that is not the fault of the product but a lack of proper play, and we will not provide refunds or exchanges for Shashibos broken in this way.
